A Linear Layout. Our unique process is organized by 8 modules which comprise the key areas inherent in the program. The foundation series we call the Core 3, because life planning, priority management, and auto-piloting an enterprise friction-free are the elements from which all else becomes a matter of finesse. The remain 5 areas consist of opportunity rain-making (marketing leadership), magnetic communication (communication leadership), visionary leadership (shared vision leadership), buying facilitation (sales leadership), and minding money (financial leadership).

The remaining three areas are like “a la carte” items including TOPSCAN (predicting future performance; hiring system), SHARPSHOOTER (referral system), and PARTNERSHIP COMPATIBILITY (teamwork system).
