- Execution is your biggest challenge. To accomplish execution, strategies must be divided into doable tactics. Are you too busy being busy when you could be doing something that would make you less busy? You will always be busy. Later you will still be busy. There won’t be more time available to you later than is available to you now.
- Priorities require choices. Be honest with yourself. You do have time to consider your goals – the moving parts of your goals. Your beliefs will dictate your actions. Convince yourself that you have no time, and you will have no time. You won’t even see any available time, because you will not be looking for it. Shrink your goals by asking yourself, “What has to happen first?”
- Prioritize your way to more time. To shrink your goals, wake up earlier – one hour earlier. Use that time to review your goals, objectives, and project lists. Your mind already knows what to do. You just need to commit to make more time to have more time. Shrinking changes is about making more time to have more time.
