Next, think about your company goals for the next 90 days, 180 days, etc. If these tasks were done to your liking, this is what your team members would achieve.</span></li>

You will end up with three to five objectives that specify what will be needed for this person to carry out their responsibilities to your liking.  In the end, you will be a gifted boss with an amazing team.</span></li>

Adaptability is important; they need to be able to think on their feet and adapt to new situations. Provide them with problems they may face on the job, and see if they can handle these problems.  Finally, can they focus under pressure?</span></li>

When you step into life coaching, you make a lifestyle choice. You choose to take on the best in life by collaboration, rather than being a lone gunslinger carrying the weight on your back.</p>
<p>Rather than repelling or eliminating the unwanted circumstances in life, your coach repositions you toward a generative orientation, one that highly involves all you are. Today, you have to plan at a much faster speed of change. Along with setting intentions, your best decisions often come out of setting your best attention on what you’re doing.</p>
<p>Seriously, life today is context in motion like never before with a rapid unfolding of future possibilities that are constantly connecting with a future that’s showing up moment by moment. You reflect IN action, not ON action like before. This has serious implications to the fundamental way of operating as a high functioning leader.</p>
<p>Your levels of awareness at any given moment is just as important as the remembrance of your deepest goals and intentions you must stay on.  Your awareness of an entire system around you at play (systems thinking) is just as important as your awareness of yourself and your thinking as a key factor in the entire system.</p>
<p>With your life coach, you become comfortable with your own ignorance. You learn to let go of your habitual judgment, cynicism, and fears, to vulnerably and willingly open yourself to the blind-spot outside your familiar boundaries. You see the benefit of a <em>wingman</em> and climbing buddy to rise above the icebergs in your life to live fully and freely forward into the mysteries of the blind spot unfold into distinct clarity.</p>
<p>Through this creative process, you’ll evolve in many ways, from learning to accept and immerse in the present moment without pushing against it, to staying with a deep intention that pulls your life into one thematic direction, to choice management within the context of what does matter to you, not what should.</p>
<p>And also to bring a stillness practice to everyday living, so you can operate out of the deeper sources of attention and highest creative intelligence. You may find that for the first time, you’re firing on all cylinders integrating who you are&#8212;mind, body, and spirit, opening up to new channels and currents of life that shift your involvement and relationship with the present moment in very special, quite magical ways.</p>

When used together, all four will bring monetary benefits to your company.</span></p>

<li><strong><span style="color: #2487a9;">Money Sale:</span></strong> <span style="color: #666766;">This type of sale is obvious. You create a product or service that offers value to your clients. They, in turn, purchase your product or service. You are rewarded with a check.</span></li>

<li><strong><span style="color: #2487a9;">Freedom Sale:</span></strong> <span style="color: #666766;">Are there two or three activities that you can assign to another team member? If they excel in this area, your business will benefit. </span><strong></strong></li>

<li><strong><span style="color: #2487a9;">Capability Sale:</span></strong> <span style="color: #666766;">This could encompass new technology, something that your business brings to the marketplace, or an upgrade to one of your business systems.</span></li>
</ul>

<li><strong><span style="color: #2487a9;">Creativity Sale:</span></strong> <span style="color: #666766;">When you take time off, and you’re relaxed, you return to your work with added creativity. Thus, you have more to offer to your clients.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #666766;">Each type of sale offers value to your business and to your consumers. Invest in these sales, and you may see benefits in your bottom line that you had never expected. However, you shouldn’t only expect monetary benefits. There may be unexpected benefits to your business, including customer satisfaction and personal satisfaction.  </span></li>
